Q: What is your lead time?

A: Audra's Draperies processes orders on a daily basis. For all custom drapery and custom hardware orders we have a 3-4 week lead time. For custom hardware and natural shades we have a 1-2 week lead time.

Q: How are the draperies packed?

A: Draperies are fan folded, banded, and shiped in special packaking to inhibit wrinkling.

Q: How is shipping handled?

A: When an order is shipped it usually includes tubing and hardware, draperies. These items are NOT packet together so it’s possible that your packages won’t arrive at the same day (unless you’ve paid for a premium delivery service). Note: then calling to track your shipment, please have your Audra’s Draperies order number ready.

Q: What if package came damaged?

A: In unlikely event that product has sustained damage in shipment, please follow this procedure:

  1. Upon receipt of order, inspect outside packaging immediately.
  2. If packaging is damaged, refuse to the delivering carrier and sign the delivery receipt as “Damaged/Refused.”
  3. Contact Audra’s Draperies at 708-860-8034 and report the damage.
  4. If no visible damage to the outside container but once opened, damages are discovered, keep all packaging and product for inspection.
  5. Report damaged product within 7 business days after receipt of order to 708-860-8034, to ensure consideration for credit. Damaged product must be returned in original packaging.
  6. Audra’s Draperies will make arrangements to have damaged product picked up for inspection.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once order has been sent to manufacturing. Order will be shipped and billed as normal.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Custom made products may be returned for either detective fabric or workmanship within thirty days from date of invoice. Return authorization must be obtained from Audra‘s Draperies by calling: 708-860-8034. You need to specify:

  1. What you wish to return.
  2. Why you wish to return it.
  3. How many boxes you will use to make the return.
Audra‘s Draperies will mail you a return authorization letter containing a unique return authorization number. We will also send you special mailing labels to attach to your package(s).Packages received at Audra‘s Draperies without return authorization labels will not be accepted. Silk fabricated products are not returnable.
